Several call backs since installation of $19,000 plus system. Many fails of inability to cool, to letting the condensate drip on the concrete patio while installer says thats been happening since invention of AC unit.. well..we have had many AC units overs the years and this is the FIRST time condensate is dripping on the patio, and the unit it replaced did not drip on the patio, the unit for the main house does not drip or run off on the patio (but that was installed by another company) to forgetting to remove shipping packing from unit, to breaking a soapstone bench i’ve had for 10 years: that bench traveled from FL to Jersey back to Fl again without a scrape.

Jesse was Amazing!! Started with the basics and luckily was an easy fix. Jesse then took it upon himself to check the whole system over and make sure everything was in top shape before he was satisfied with saying the job was complete. Very reasonably priced. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this company!

Once again One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning provided superb service installing a smart thermostat. Michael did not leave until the app connected and everything was running perfectly.

Before Edwin and Ryan even arrived, Jesse spoke very highly of them. He told us they were excellent at what they do and that they care just as much as he does about making sure families are taken care of and set up for success. After working with them, I can confidently say he was absolutely right. From the moment Edwin and Ryan arrived, they didn’t waste any time. They got straight to work, removed everything efficiently, answered all of my husband’s questions, and thoroughly explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were also kind enough to entertain my humor about all of the life events our old unit had managed to survive over the years! I work from home and had several very important meetings during the installation, so I was nervous about the amount of noise and disruption. Somehow, Edwin and Ryan managed to be like quiet ninjas. Even while installing the thermostat right outside my office door, they were incredibly respectful of my workspace and kept disruptions to a minimum. It was honestly impressive. They paid attention to the little things too, like setting the thermostat color to my son’s favorite color, which absolutely made his day. Those small act

Dylan did an amazing job from start to finish. From a technical and thorough multi point inspection to a very detailed analysis of what needed to be done to our AC unit. We had a service scheduled with Del-Air and they rescheduled it because it was a holiday. We were in an emergency situation with our daughter and animals in the house at 87 degrees it was not possible for anyone to get any sleep. After speaking with AI on the phone whit Del-Air I canceled the appointment and found this amazing company who had a real person answer the phone and sent a technician out right away. Dylan arrived with in 2 hours after the scheduled appointment over the phone and got our AC up and running with in minutes of arriving. But instead of just saying ok thanks folks he stayed and did a very thorough inspection and found the underlying issues and also showed us exactly what was happening with photos and detailed documentation. We signed up as members and had him come back the next day to complete the job. As a first time customer and small business owner myself I can say we will never be using another HVAC company again. These guys are the best!! Kind, friendly, honest and professional! Thank you
